1. We must all maintain complete transparency in our accounting.
2. All funds must come through the SPARKcon general account. Each completed pledge form should be noted with the SPARK the sponsorship is intended for so it can be earmarked for that SPARK’s use.
3. Budgets must be approved by the Bobbleheads before funds are allocated. In some cases, funds may be grouped from various SPARKS to cover more general SPARKcon needs.
Does this only include monetary donations or will there be any recognition of those making in-kind donations? (of space, materials, services, etc.)
in kind is recognized at half of cash value.
